Privacy Policy

• Only booking person’s complaint follow on marriage time.
• Celebration lounge will be available for bride’s family from 09:00 am to 06:00 am.
• 07 A.C. rooms will be available for groom’s side at the third floor of the hotel from 06:00 pm to 06:00 am.
• For Jaimala ceremony A.C. hall will be open from 06:00 pm to 06:00 am.
• Air Condition hall open time from 06:00 pm to 06:00 am for Jaimala.
• The do not pick the flowers and destroy plants.
• Do not bring any vehicles in the grass field.
• Only groom’s vehicles will enter in the wedding complex.
• Do not burst crackers in the wedding complex.
• Booking person shall arrange lock and key for security purpose.
• Booking party shall take care of their goods. Hotel management will not be responsible for any damage or theft.
• Booking time will be from 09:00 am to 07:00 am of next day.
• 50% advance shall be paid by cheque/cash during the booking and remaining amount will be received by cheque before 30 days by marriage.
• In case of any booking cancellation advance will be not refund.
• D.J. will be played up to 10:30 pm only.
• Extra amount of Rs. 3000 for any damage in the hotel will be deposited during booking and it will be returned after the marriage.
• In case of any damage booking person has to pay full cost of the damaged item.
• To take out side beloying of the utsav hotel is strictly probhitted.
• Booking person shall recoganize his guests so that out sider can not enter in the hotel.
• Armaments are stoically probhitted in the hotel compound, in case of mishapping booking person will fully responsible.
• A.C. hall will not be provided for marriage.
• Wedding mandap will be decorated in the open compound.
• Please speat in the standing bin (dust bin).
• Kitchen will be cleaned only after the food is cooked by the caterers.
• Only the advance payment paid by the cheque before 1 month will be return in case of any cancellation of booking.
• Before booking please do agree with all the above mentioned conditions.
